To ensure a safe, professional, and seamless experience, please take a moment to review our policies before booking your appointment at INJECTYXE:

1. Mandatory Medical Consultation
- 
Before receiving any cosmetic injections, you are legally required to have a consultation with our medical director. 
- 
This consultation ensures you are an appropriate candidate for injectable treatments. 
- 
The consultation takes approximately 10–15 minutes and is completely free of charge. 
- 
After this initial consultation, you may schedule appointments with our nurse injector at any time. 
- 
This policy applies to all patients booking their first appointment at INJECTYXE. 
- 
Once your medical consultation is complete, it will be reviewed yearly. Should there be any changes in your allergies or medical conditions, a new consultation will be necessary.

2. Appointment Booking
- 
Appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system or by contacting us directly. 
- 
All clients are required to have a credit card on file. Please be informed that your card will not be charged at the time of or for any other reason, except in the event of a no-show or late cancellation 
- 
Please ensure all personal and contact information is accurate when booking.

3. Cancellation Policy
- 
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. 
- 
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee. 
- 
No-shows and same-day cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the service fee.

4. Late Arrivals
- 
Please arrive on time for your appointment. 
- 
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, and fees may apply.

5. Payment Policy
- 
Full payment is due at the time of service. 
- 
We accept Cash, Credit, Debit and Gift Cards.

6. Refund Policy
- 
We do not provide refunds for completed services. 
- 
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can work toward a resolution.

7. Health & Safety
- 
Please inform us of: any medical conditions, allergies, or recent procedures before your appointment. If you have a history of cold sores prior to any procedure. Our medical director may recommend antiviral medication as a precaution. If you have undergone any dental work, vaccinations, procedures, or experienced any illnesses within the past two weeks.

We reserve the right to refuse services to any individual displaying signs of illness or intoxication. 
​
8. Children & Guests
- 
To maintain a safe and focused environment, we ask that children and guests not accompany you unless approved in advance.

9. Privacy Policy
- 
Your personal and medical information is confidential and handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws. 
- 
We will never share your information without your written consent.
